Amazon Is Selling a $17 Version of the Vintage ‘Spider-Man’ T-Shirt Zendaya Wore in Paris

Who says celebs are snobby about style? Certainly not Zendaya, who famously wore a $35 vintage Spider-Man T-shirt to Paris earlier this summer, for a photocall promoting the web slinger’s latest film, Spider-Man: Brand New Day.
Zendaya’s stylist, Law Roach, told reporters he actually found the black and red tee on eBay, writing on his Instagram Story that “style doesn’t always have to cost a fortune.”

Now, fans don’t have to spend a fortune to get the look, either, with Amazon selling a version of Zendaya’s viral red carpet T-shirt for just $17.
Part of Amazon’s “Merch on Demand” program, this unisex tee has been purchased by more than 4,000 people in the last few weeks alone, according to the site. The 100% cotton T-shirt features an image of Spider-Man in a crouching position and ready to leap into action. The Marvel superhero casts a shadowy figure in an all-red colorway against a black background.
While this isn’t the original T-shirt that Zendaya and Roach copped on eBay, Amazon says this is an officially licensed release from Marvel. The site has dubbed this shirt the “Paris Premiere Fan Event T-Shirt,” just in case you weren’t sure of the inspiration. The Spider-Man T-shirt is available in sizes small to 6XL.
Already a steal at the regular $20 price point, you can get this tee on sale for just $17.99 right now on Amazon. As one reviewer writes, “The vintage print looks even better in person and has that authentic, collectible feel that every Marvel fan wants. It looks premium without the premium price tag.”
